Are you uncertain as to whether or not you need the advice of an ergonomic consultant?  This preliminary assessment will provide you an opportunity to determine whether or not there are significant injury risk factors present in the work environment, without any further obligation!

Basic Office Ergonomic Assessment

This assessment works best in combination with the seminar, “Ergonomics for the Desk Bound”.  After your employees understand what contributes to injury, and how to work to prevent these injuries, a one-on-one assessment will ensure that their workstation is set-up properly to minimize risk for injury and maximize productivity. Any solutions that may not be implemented on-site will be provided to the employee and management in a follow-up report, to ensure that recommendations can be easily implemented.

Comprehensive Office Ergonomic Assessment

When an employee has requested an assessment, it is most likely due to discomfort that they are experiencing. More time is required to accurately assess factors that may be contributing to symptoms of musculoskeletal injury. All recommendations for change will be provided to the employee or management in a follow-up report, to ensure that recommendations can be easily implemented.  A follow-up assessment is scheduled once changes have been implemented to ensure the appropriate set-up of new equipment, and to address any questions or concerns from the employee.
